Redfieldt says 'and by being filled by the spirit of God, we basiclly do the oppisite of all those things you just listed'

Cyto says 'instead of being filled with wine, be filled with the Spirit, if you think about it all the characteristics of drunkeness, are exactly the opposite of being filled wiht the spirit,  He bolsters your reason, your decision making, your presentation of yourself (though not always by worldly standars) your energy to do positive things'

Cyto says 'but that said its important to not go all judgemental on others or point our fingers at christians who do and give them the impression we think they're any less of a christian or doing something wrong, because then we become pharisees and stuff'

Redfieldt says 'other than medical reasons in severe pain, strong drink was never used in a good way,'

Cyto says 'well how do you get that position integrated with everything else you know biblically, what do you think about the various verses about Jesus drinking and the other parts where wine was used in the bible and stuff.  Do you think Jesus's approach to wine was playing with sin, or that the bible wasn't talking about real wine or that the differences in the time change the will of God toward the situation'
