Statement of Faith

  • We believe the Holy Scriptures, both the Old and the New Testaments, to be the divinely inspired and infallible Word of God; the supreme and final authority in all matters of Christian faith and conduct.
  • We believe that there is one holy, sovereign, and true God; that He is the Creator of all things, great and small. He is omnipotent, omniscient, and infinite in attributes and power; eternally existing in three Persons - God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
  • We believe that Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of God and that He is our Lord the Messiah. We believe in His eternal deity, virgin birth, sinless life, miracles, teachings, vicarious death on the cross, bodily resurrection and ascension to the right hand of God the Father, and promise of His personal return.
  • We believe that the Holy Spirit dwells inside of everyone that has accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. The Holy Spirit guides us, teaches us, empowers us, convicts us, and comforts us in our spiritual walk.
  • We believe that all mankind, made in the image of God, are born spiritually dead and are lost sinners separated from God.
  • We believe that the acceptance of Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior, through faith alone (not of our own works), provides atonement and sanctification for our sins and allows us entrance into the kingdom of Heaven.
  • We believe that the salvation given to a person by them accepting Jesus Christ into their life with an unfeigned heart is eternal; nothing can take this free gift from God away from them.
  • We believe in interpreting the Scriptures from a historical Jewish perspective. Knowledge of Jewish feasts, festivals, and customs are imperative to properly interpreting the Word of God.
  • We believe there is both a real Heaven and a Hell. Those that put their trust and faith in Jesus Christ will reside in Heaven and those that don't will reside in Hell. Heaven is a place where our Heavenly Father resides and there is no pain, sorrow, or suffering. Hell is a place of pain, sorrow and eternal torment.
  • We believe that Satan (the adversary) is real and that he and his minions of evil (demons) roam the earth tempting man in every way with the hopes of pulling man away from God or preventing man from doing God's will in their lives.
  • We believe in the bodily resurrection of all mankind. The saved being resurrected with an incorruptible body into eternal blessedness, while eternal punishment awaits the lost.
  • We believe that we are in the last hours and that the Lord Jesus Christ will soon call His bride (the church) home to heaven.
